UNIVERSAL SPARE TIRE LOCATION TRAIN HORN KIT

NOTE: THIS KIT REQUIRES THE REMOVAL OF THE SPARE TIRE FROM THE STOCK LOCATION UNDER THE TRUCK BED.

​Installation Instructions​

Our SEMA award-winning USTL onboard air/train horn kit conveniently mounts in place of the OEM spare tire on most full-size trucks making it an excellent solution for lifted trucks, trucks with larger tires, or customers who are comfortable foregoing their spare tire. 

The USTL cleverly utilizes the spare tire area, with our latest design fitting snugly against the underside of the truck bed, just as a spare tire would and is the least intrusive way of installing an onboard air or train horn system, nothing at all to bolt on to the truck and no long airline runs. 

The system will inflate up to 37″ tires, run small power air tools, tie into air suspension and provides a long blast on your Kleinn Train Horns that will blow you away.  

All of our custom mounting brackets are engineered right here in Tucson, Arizona.

• USTL-734 kit is 100% Bolt-On and requires no drilling, welding or vehicle modification. 
• You no longer need to spend hours designing and fabricating mounting brackets to install your air system and train horn.  
• Remote mount quick connect, tire inflator, heavy duty air hose with storage bag, all necessary hardware, airline and wiring included.

The USTL-734 Includes:

• Black Powder Coated Custom Mounting Bracket (Requires removing spare tire, Hoist the bracket upwards using the OEM tire crank and locks in place against the under body)
• Compressor and Tank Mount on Bracket - OEM Spare tire crank raises bracket up and locks in place against the under body.
  
• 200 PSI High Output or 150 PSI High Output Model 6450RC 100% Duty Cycle Waterproof Air Compressor
• 3-Gallon Air Tank Model 6350RT
• Remote Mount Quick Connect Tire Inflator with Air Hose and Storage Bag
• All necessary components needed for installation are included
